The in-house design department utilizes state of the art design software to provide 3D Product and 3D Mold Design services typically not available from most mold-makers.

Engineering Department Capabilities

We have 8 in-house designers and 8 high-end custom build to worstations to perform the whole designing process and interconnected through a LAN. We are fully equipped to handle 2D work as well as 3D solid modeling. We use high-speed internet connectivity (wireless) for faster and easier exchange of data files with the customers.

We use Unigraphics NX5 and below, Cad-Key 99 and Trans Magic 7 for translating data from Catia V4/V5 to Unigraphics. We also have a HP DesignJet plotter connected into local area network.
