  • Manage contracts.
  • Interface with customer for purchase order requirements.


  • General Responsibilities:
    • Participate in required meetings.
    • Promote unity and positive morale.
    • Develop, monitor, and use performance measures to promote continuous improvement.
    • Understand and enforce applicable Operations and Quality Systems’ requirements.
    • Coordinate with other SMA managers.
  • Participate in team management with Shop Manager, Office Manager and Quality Manager.
  • Prepare and present program review and marketing information to customers. Communicate company’s capacity levels to customer.
  • Monitor current and develop future business with existing customers.
  • Build customer relations through regular customer contact. Control current due dates in SMA ERP system.
  • Reconcile SMA ERP data to customer data to ensure SMA ERP accurately reflects customer requirements.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Experience may be substituted for educational requirements at a ratio of two (2) years post high school full time employment to one (1) year of formal education.



  • Four (4) years experience in related field, two (2) of which were in a supervisory capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for up to 50 percent of this requirement.


  • Understand and obey all safety requirements.
  • Social skills to get along with co-workers and be a team player.
  • Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions).• Able to understand and communicate in English.
  • Proficiency in interpersonal communication.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Working knowledge of SMA’s ERP system.
